HillState Ha Dong – Korean-styled apartment in Hanoi

VNREHillState Ha Dong is a luxury villas and apartments project built on the total land area of 4.6 hectares in the administrative center of Ha Dong District, Ha Noi Capital. Total investment is about U.S $200 million, HillState includes five high-rise apartment buildings from 27 to 32 floors. This project is invested by Hyundai RNC Construction – Korea.

Structural system of HillState has many advantages, avoiding vibration strata and flood, to ensure absolute safety with loadbearing steel framing systems and 19m deep pile foundation, foundation elevation is set 70cm higher than the road.

HillState has a big advantage when the traffic is on the elevated railway lines, 2A routes from Noi Bai International – Thuong Dinh and 2B routes from Cat Linh – Thuong Dinh – Ha Dong Town will be completed in 2014.
