Officially opened the sale of apartments in The Costa Nha Trang

VNRETD Corporation officially opened the sale of apartments in The Costa Nha Trang project in two big cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City after the opening of the showroom at 40-45 Pham Van Dong Street, Nha Trang City.
Price from 2,000 – 2,300 USD per m2, depending on the location and floor. Flexible payment method and bank lending to 70% of the apartment value. The project was started construction in June 2010, until now the first floor is under construction, expected late in 2012 the investor will transfer apartments to the customer.

The Costa Nha Trang (comprises 29-storey apartment building and 20-storey hotel building) is located on the land area of 12.042m2 on “golden road” Tran Phu. The Costa Nha Trang has total 244 apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms which are designed in contemporary architecture, harmony with the beauty of Nha Trang and the Cham culture.
