$1.4 billion for Saigon Sunbay project

VNRESaigon Sunbay is located in Long Hoa commune, Can Gio district, 50 kilometers far from Ho Chi Minh City. The project is invested by Can Gio Tourist City Corportation (CTC).

Saigon Sunbay is a tourism urban project with the area of 600 ha including 400 ha of land and 200 ha for the local marine and planned into 4 functional areas: HeartBay; LifeBay; EcoBay; BlueBay.


Third quarter of 2010, CTC has worked with large and prestigious consulting partners in the field of real estate such as: Savills Vietnam and Aedas architectural design. On 10, 11 & 12 November 2010, Saigon Sunbay project will participate in MIPIM Asia Exhibition aims to introduce the project and calling for investment, this is the most prestigious property exhibition in the Asia – Pacific where converge the investors, the retail groups, the leading real estate developers in the world.

Total investment for the entire project is estimated $1.4 billion and is built entirely on the encroaching land. Currently, the project is preparing to complete the procedure and mobilizing the funds to implement. The first phase is expected to begins in the first quarter of 2011.
