Keangnam officially handed over Palace Landmark apartment to customers

VNRE At a ceremony handing over the apartment for customers took place in the morning 19-March, the representative of investor Keangnam, said the apartments named Palace Landmark.

Construction started in 2007, 922 luxury apartments of Hanoi Landmark Tower project was officially handed over to customers and put into use from March 20.2011.

Hanoi Landmark Tower is located on Pham Hung street, is one of the most prestigious buildings and top scale in Vietnam. Hanoi Landmark Tower project is considered the most intelligent apartments with full lines of magnificent building and applied the leading technical in construction.

The apartments from 107m2 to 156m2 are designed in contemporary and youthful style to maximize space and use. Particularly 206m2 apartment is designed in classic European style by advantages in area and space.

In addition, the project has the intelligent building management system, backup power systems, 10 high speed lifts. Besides, fire alarm systems, security is guaranteed.

Palace Landmark has full facilities on site such as: swimming pool, garden, tennis court, gym, children’s playground, shopping centers and amusement parks.

According to the representative of investor, the Landmark72 tower is in the process of completio and expected to officially operate in September 2011.

When in operation, the Landmark72 Hotel will be managed by Intercontinental Group, and the Landmark72 Grade-A office will be managed by Colliers Vietnam. The tower also has outdoor swimming pool and the most modern gym system in Vietnam. The Sky72 observatory is located at the top floor of the building will be the first observatory in Hanoi.


It is known that the Landmark72 tower is larger 1.3 times than Burj Al Arab, height up to 336m and can stand earthquakes up to 7.5 richter.
