CentrePoint Tower

CentrePoint will be a Grade A quality office building located in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. It will be Vietnam’s first office building committed to achieving a sustainable-rating under the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating as well as the Green Star rating system.
CentrePoint is located at 106 Nguyen Van Troi street, Phu Nhuan district, HCM city. The building comprises 17 floors with the total area of 38,610 sq.m, of which 27,000 sq.m is for office space, 2,100 sq.m is for commercial space and 5,000 sq.m is for parking area. On the basis of green standard, 80% of the total square area will receive the natural light thanks to architectural design methods

The developers are REFICO and Nguyen Vu company, and the Coteccons is the only construction entrepreneur. Being a company specializing in carrying out the construction of high-buildings, Coteccons is likely to handover the project, which meet the rate of progress as well as its planned quality.

CentrePoint is designed on the basis of power economy, polution reduction and a decrease of 20% carbon dioxide in comparison with other buildings with the same area.
